A plan for proposed building along Bedford Road, with a new road of houses to be built behind.
It was drawn up by Mr F E Preston but is undated. The plans were scrapped, and instead the Co-op made use of the land as a park.
It was named Jubilee Park to commemorate 50 years of the Co-op in Rushden, and was opened in 1926, with a tea for members' children to celebrate the event.
